Code of Professional Ethics
As members of the Malaysian Association of Professional Secretaries and Administrators (MAPSA), we adhere to a Code of Professional Ethics that serves as the cornerstone of our conduct and interactions. This Code reflects our commitment to maintaining the utmost integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior in our roles as secretaries and administrators.

Loyalty and Honesty - We pledge to act both loyally and honestly in carrying out the lawful Rules and Regulations of the Association. We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards that govern our field. We strive to contribute to the betterment of our society and uphold the principles of good governance.

Upholding the Reputation of MAPSA - We shall not undermine the image or reputation of MAPSA through our actions or statements. We recognize that our actions reflect not only on ourselves but also on the reputation of MAPSA. We strive to be exemplary ambassadors of our association and uphold its values and mission.

Personal Integrity and Conduct - We uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all our professional activities. We act with transparency, truthfulness, and accountability, fostering trust among colleagues, employers, and stakeholders.

Qualified Public Statements - We shall not make any public statements in our capacity as professional secretaries or administrators without ensuring that our qualifications to make such statements are known to all concerned. We shall clarify the capacity in which we are speaking to maintain accuracy and credibility.
